Home health care worker steals from 91-year-old patient

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- A New Port Richey home health care worker was arrested for stealing checks from the 91-year-old woman she was caring for.

Pasco County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Stacy Loh after they say she stole several checks, forged them, and tried to cash them. The checks totaled $485. Deputies say Loh admiited to stealing the checks and signing the victim's name.

According to the incident report, Loh worked for Affinity Health Services, but was fired for a suspected credit card theft.

Workers at Capitol City Bank noticed inconsistencies with the checks which led to the investigation.
