PINELLAS COUNTY, FL -- The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who robbed a bank while dressed in women's clothing.
Witnesses say the suspect walked into the Bank of America on Tarpon Woods Blvd. wearing a wig and what appeared to be a long, purple sweater and black stretch pants.
The suspect implied he had a gun during the robbery before taking off on foot, according to deputies.
They say the suspect ran to a nearby neighborhood where he forced a man to drive him through the search perimeter to Philippe Park.
The suspect then jumped out of the man's car at the Park. The man was not hurt.
Deputies did not identify the man because the suspect is still at large and knows where he lives.
The suspect is described as a black man, about 5'10" tall weighing about 175 pounds.
