ORLANDO, FL -- Casey Anthony is expected in court Monday to ask a judge to block the release of personal photographs and jailhouse video.
Her attorney, Jose Baez, says prosecutors want to release the material to embarrass Casey (photos) and portray his client in a negative light.
The photos are from Casey's photobucket.com account and have alreay been seen on the Internet. Many of the pictures are considered racy, showing Casey partying.
Baez says the photos are irrelevent to her murder case.
Baez is also expected to ask the judge to block the release of jailhouse video showing Casey reacting to the news on December 11 that the skeletal remains of a toddler had been found near her home. The video reportedly shows Casey doubling over, hyperventilating and then asking for medication.
The remains had not been identified at that point. If was later confirmed the remains were those of Casey's 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony (photos) .
Prosecutors believe Casey murdered Caylee sometime in June.
The hearing is set for late Monday afternoon.
