TAMPA, FL -- Tomorrow the Senate Finance Committee will conduct a final vote on its version of a health care reform bill. Even if it passes a vote, it is far from over.
That version will have to appear before the entire Senate for a vote. A final Senate bill will have to be merged with a final House bill. Then, you guessed it, another vote by the entire Congress.
