Narrow appeal?? That's why there is a continuous line for these samples. Raise the ticket prices, take away free beer. Obviously this company doesn't care about providing a service and are profit oriented. I'm through with Busch Gardens.

Quite disappointing. Jacobs quoted "narrow appeal". Has he ever been there? Granted there were probably a few individuals who abused the perk, however it was always a must do each time at the park. If you all might recall, several years ago, there was a second hospitality house, which is now a restaurant opposite the sky cars. That restaurant did far more food business when giving away samples than it's ever done since the conversion, and the remaining original was even more appreciated by Busch Gardens' patrons. It was a great way to promote new products. I never would have tried Amber Bock if I hadn't sampled it at Busch Gardens, same goes for the Honey Wheat, Porter, Shock Top, and several others that I've purchased on many occasions since a free sampling. "Narrow Appeal"? I think not. More like SHORT SIGHTED CORPORATE GREED striking once again.
