ORANGE COUNTY, FL -- A Jacksonville promotions company is planning to sell a blonde-haired doll that bears the name of Caylee Anthony (photos).

Showbiz Promotions is selling its 'Caylee Sunshine doll' for $29.99.

The company's president, Jaime Salcedo, calls it a "tribute" to the child, whose skeletal remains were found in a wooded area in Orange County last month.  Salcedo said he plans to donate some of the proceeds from the doll to a charity, but he hasn't selected an organization yet.

But Salcedo's plan has come under fire from the lawyer representing Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony.  Brad Conway told the Orlando sentinel on Monday that's

another example of someone trying to profit from the child's death.  He added that Salcedo has never met or spoken with George or Cindy and that no permission to make the doll has been granted.

Conway says after he does some research, he will take the appropriate legal action.

The blond, 18 inch tall doll wears a T-shirt and jeans.  The shirt shows a sun and the phrase 'CAYLEE SUNSHINE.'  It plays the song, 'You Are My Sunshine' when the stomach is pushed.

Caylee Anthony's skeletal remains were found in a wooded area near the Anthony home last month.  Her mother, Casey Anthony (photos), is accused of killing her.

GEORGE ANTHONY TO REMAIN HOSPITALIZED

Anthony family attorney Brad Conway told Orlando station WFTV that George Anthony will stay in the hospital for at least another week after threatening to commit suicide.  The station reports that George drank up to eight bottles of beer and took a large amount of sleeping pills and blood pressure medication.

He was taken to Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach on Friday by police after his attorney Conway 911 and reported George missing and possibly suicidal.

In the call to the 911 dispatcher, attorney Brad Conway said, "George Anthony has been gone since 8:30 this morning and he has taken several bottles of medication from his house...We're worried he's done something to himself."

According to reports, George left home Thursday for a job interview.  Later, his wife Cindy realized he'd taken a photo of her and his daughter Casey with him, along with two weeks' worth of sleep and blood pressure medication.

In addition, George had sent disturbing text messages from his cell phone saying, "he did not want to live anymore" and "he wanted to be with Caylee."

Police finally tracked him down through his cell phone signals.  He was at a Daytona Beach motel.  Officers say he was melancholy and despondent.  They also found a multi page suicide note.

"George has been pushed to the brink what might have been another tragedy," Conway told station WFTV Friday afternoon.
