If you think could do a better job than your boss, join the club.
A study conducted by talent management company DDI found that nearly half of employees think they'd make a better head honcho, according to a CNN report.
The study was conducted to help employers get a complete picture of what they're doing well and not so well.
It surveyed 1,200 in Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India and southeast Asia.
According to the survey, one and three don't think their boss is effective and sixty percent say leaders have wrecked their self esteem.
The study also found that many leaders struggle with courtesy, respect and honesty in their boss-employee dynamic.
On the bright side, more than 60 percent find their bosses to be inspirational and motivational.
