When Noah Muroff couldn't get the desk to fit through his office's front door, he and his wife, decided to dissemble the desk.
But once they started pulling the drawers apart, they found a plastic bag with $98,000.
The couple looked at each other and decided they couldn't keep the money.
They contacted the desk's original owner to return the money. As it turns out, it was inheritance money that she hid, but forgot about it.
Speechless, the original owner could only say, "Oh my gosh, because I…oh my God," the report says.
An Orthodox Jewish news blog called Vos Iz Neias posted the thank you note that the desk's owner sent Murrof.
"I do not think there are too many people in this world that would have done what you did…" the note read.
What would you have done with the money?
