Pier 22 in downtown Bradenton has been perfecting its Easter Brunch Buffet for the past five years, and with good reason, Pier 22 restaurant officials say.
"We've listened to what our guests want, and we're providing that," Pier 22 Executive Chef Greg Campbell said.
As a result, Pier 22 has been recognized by customers and received acknowledgment from such publications at the Bradenton Herald and Sarasota Herald-Tribune for multiple honors in the Best Buffet categories for its Easter Brunch.
Pier 22 Restaurant Marketing Director Tabatha Davis and Sous Chef Juan Sarmiento visited the ABC Action News Studios Saturday to talk about the eatery's award-winning Easter Brunch. Sarmiento also demonstrated how he whips up a seafood omelette with a variety of ingredients at the restaurant's ready-to-order station.
