TAMPA - Meet Kobe. He is one of five remaining animals at New Port Richey Animal Protection Services. The shelter recently closed on December 31 and after two weeks of successful adoptions only Kobe and four others remain.
They need their forever home too. Kobe prefers to go to a home where he is the only pooch in the house.
He is a playful pup after all he has been through. Rescuers believe he had been abused before he came to the rescue.
Kobe loves to run and give kisses.
