TAMPA - First up we have Mrs. Peabody who is a 5-year old Lhasa Apso. She came from a home that had too many other dogs. The owner could not be properly cared for Mrs. Peabody and had to give her up.
She has had multiple litters and is due to be treated for an eye infection. She is blind in one eye and partially blind in the other. Her poor eye sight doesn't stop her her from being a lovable lap dog. She loves to be wherever her human is.
Mrs. Peabody also loves to play fetch, she doesn't let her blindness hold her back for a second.
Along with playing fetch, she is very good on a leash and has been walking up to 45 minutes a day in order to maintain her figure.
More bonuses for this girl include being housebroken and crate trained too.
As for Ms. Dixie she is a two and a half year old Beagle-Moutain Cur mix. She was saved in the 11th hour from a kill shelter. With her second chance at life, Dixie enjoys going to the dog park and loves to play with the other pooches.
She is gentle on a leash, housebroken and is wonderful with children.
Last, but not least, we have miss Cocoa. She is a sweetheart who is always looking for someone to show her some love. She is about 3 years old, housebroken and trained. Be careful if you is down, because you'll probably have her in your lap in a matter of seconds.
