In January, Charles Lynn Boswink was charged with child pornography in Manatee County.
A month later, the 75-year-old man faces an additional 34 counts of sexual performance by a child after a Manatee County Sheriff's Office investigation, a Manatee sheriff's office report.
Manatee sheriff's deputies launched an investigation in November in reference to a report of Boswink transmitting child pornography via the Internet, a report states. The investigation led to Boswink's arrest for sexual performance by a child on Jan. 28.
He bonded out of jail on Feb. 1, but detectives continued to investigate the allegations.
A large quantity of child pornography was seized from Boswink's computer, the sheriff's report states. The photos appeared to be stock photos. There was no indication local children were involved.
