A water main break has closed the westbound lanes of East Columbus Drive between 50th and 52nd Streets Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
The water department is on scene working to repair the break. There are barricades and signs in the area to assist with traffic flow.
The Tampa police department says to use caution when driving in the area.
The water main break is expected to be repaired by 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 8. Traffic patterns should be back to normal by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 9.
