Getting to know WFLA radio personality Tedd Webb with this week's 10 questions

Are you ever curious about the real lives of politicians, celebrities, local newsmakers and athletes? Who are their mentors and who would they really like to meet?

Each Tuesday, ABC Action News asks 10 questions of a Bay area leader or celebrity. They're fun questions that let you get to know the person.

As you have probably noticed, for the past few weeks I have been profiling a team that may get you going on your drive to work, the morning crew at WFLA Radio 970AM.

This week we are excited to put Tedd Webb in the hot seat.

Tedd is a Tampa native. He was born in Ybor City and then raised in West Tampa.

He jokes he has probably met every resident at least once. He has been a fixture in this community, waking up with Tampa Bay listeners for over three decades.

Tedd has been recognized for his talent. He's received many awards including the prestigious "Communicator Of The Year" from Toastmasters International, and Hispanic Heritage Man Of The Year in Media for 2001.

But Tedd's talents go beyond radio. He is also an avid photographer, who once owned East 7th Avenue Studios in Ybor City. Tedd is an author as well. His first book, Tedd Webb's Trivia, is based on factoids from his popular morning segment "Rack Your Brain."
