TAMPA - Here are five things you need to know happening in Florida on Monday, March 3, 2014.

Tampa International Airport will close its main runway on Monday for scheduled maintenance.

Runway 1L/19R, located on the west side of the airport, will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. through Sunday for repainting.

The project is a follow-up to the concrete slab and join replacement project that began last fall.

This year's theme is "In a Sweepstakes, If You Pay to Play - You Lose." It highlights the importance of using good consumer sense throughout your life. The Postal Service is offering free resources to help people protect their money, learn to recognize and how to steer clear of fraudulent scams.

"The Tampa Main Post Office is proud to work with a broad coalition of groups to share tips and information to protect consumers against fraud," said Customer Relations Coordinator Maddie Ahrens.

Postal Inspectors will be available this week at the Tampa Main Post Office near Tampa International Airport to speak with customers one-on-one about fraud prevention. You can get any questions you have answered from 12:00 to 2:00 Monday through Saturday.
