Study: Kids can get fit with seven minutes of exercise

Getting kids on the path to fitness may be as simple as seven minutes of exercise a day, according to research from the University of Manitoba.

Kids who manage to have just seven minutes more of exercise tend to have lower blood pressure and body mass index.

However, in order for the seven minutes to make a difference, it must be as intense as an "easy jog" Men's Health reports.

Light or moderate efforts won't yield the same results.
