TAMPA, Fla. - Nicotine vaporizing devices are growing in popularity.
This year sales are expected to reach $2 billion dollars.
Researchers at the Moffitt Cancer Center want to know why smokers are switching from traditional cigarettes to e-cigarettes. The devices vaporize a solution containing nicotine. But the safety of the devices is not yet known.
Researchers have set up an online survey which takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Some people who take the survey will be asked to participate in a focus group.
