Clearwater-- Clearwater Police Department released documents today showing that they denied a request by Nick "Hogan" Bollea to gain access to his wrecked 1998 Toyota Supra.
Nick Hogan, son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, was behind the wheel of the Supra when he lost control and slammed into a tree near downtown Clearwater. The accident injured both Hogan and his passenger, John Graziano, who remains in critical condition.
