TAMPA, FL -- It was a chilly start to the work week.  The winds died down, leaving temperatures in the upper 30's and low 40's around the Bay area before sunrise Monday.

The high Monday under sunny skies was in the 60's. In all, a quiet day.

Back to the northwest, another storm system is heading our way.

There is a 50 percent chance of rain as the system moves through on Tuesday.

Look for a low Monday of around 50.  The high on Tuesday will be in the low 70's.

By Wednesday, another round of chilly air will have settled in.  The high on Wednesday will just make it to 60 with a low that night in the upper 30's.

There will be another chance for rain by week's end.

Residents in the mid-Atalntic states are watching this latest system with a wary eye.

Most trains planes and buses are still frozen in place as the cleanup continues after the Mid-Atlantic blizzard. The nation's capital is pretty well shut down again today with schools and even the government closed due to hazardous travel conditions that persist for a second day after the snow stopped.

This latest system could dump more snow in the Washington, D.C. area just as residents there dig out from the weekend blast.
