HOLIDAY, FL -- A 94-year-old man is in jail after deputies say he was caught masterbating on his front porch. According to the arrest report Albert Edward Ballough of Holiday was doing it in plain site of a mother and her young child as they walked down the block.
Ballough is charged with lewd and lascivious conduct. Deputies say it's not the first time they were called to his home on Holiday Lake Drive. He is being held on $10,000 bond.
Ballough is orginally from Connecticut and was born in 1915.
