  • Mortgage Underwriter II - Seasonal
    • Minimum Requirements
      • Bachelor degree (or equivalent work experience).
      • 2 years Real Estate underwriting experience.
      • Working knowledge of Real Estate loan processes and data analysis tools.
      • Working knowledge of industry data sources.
    • Preferred
      • Significant, relevant experience underwriting First Mortgage loans - VA and/or Conventional to include Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

 

  • Part Time Member Service Rep IV – Seasonal
    • Minimum Requirements
      • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • 2 years of customer service/sales experience or Bachelors degree or successful completion of military service or 1 year customer service/sales experience plus 30 hours of college credit.
    • Preferred
      • 6 months plus experience multi-tasking in a Windows operating system environment.
      • 6 months plus experience frequently communicating (minimum 60 percent of the time) with customers by phone, email, and/or face to face.
      • 2 years of customer service experience in a relationship building environment.
      • Contact/Call Center experience.
      • Experience cross selling or up-selling products.
      • 1 years experience working in a problem resolution/analytical environment.
