The almost new riding lawnmower died two months ago. The owner, a Lakeland woman, discovered getting a repair under warranty wasn't going to be a simple fix.

Sandra Ferguson says the delivery and its speed came as a surprise. She shot home video to show us the arrival of her new riding lawnmower.

Surprising since Ferguson says she spent weeks trying to get Sears to fix the mower after it broke down. The company was more than willing to make repairs but she waited weeks only to be told there would be another delay.

The wait made Ferguson anxious. She not only mows her large lawn but that of a disabled neighbor.

The old mower was just a year old and still under warranty. We contacted Sears corporate offices to find out when Ferguson might expect a repair.

The company kept their word as the delivery van showed up just days later.
