Walmart blames low price errors on glitch; many thought Black Friday had arrived early

Walmart on Wednesday morning was offering a sale of a lifetime on its website,
Only problem: it appears it was not a real sale.
Shoppers across the country reported finding incredible deals, when they browsed the site. Many people thought it was an early Black Friday sale, but when they tried to purchase the item the site locked up and would not allow them to buy it.
Wal-Mart said that a technical error caused a number of products from computer monitors to treadmills to be priced absurdly low or high on its website.
The company, based in Bentonville, Ark., says it was working to resolve the issue and that the site may have intermittent problems with availability until then.
