TAMPA BAY, Fla. - The Tampa Bay area is one of the most searched real estate markets in the nation and the most searched market in the state of Florida in September, according to new data from Realtor.com
The median list price for a Tampa-St. Petersburg home decreased 6.67 percent from last year to $140,000. Significantly less compared to the national median list price, $190,000, which increased 1.60 percent from last year.
