TAMPA - Being a black American Staffordshire Terrier at Pasco County Animal Services wasn’t exactly a good thing for Scout. This 2 year old beauty spent quite some time there in his kennel with no one even giving him a second look.
Black dogs are the least of the dogs to be adopted. So, after awhile, this playful pup became quite restless and was put on the Euthanasia list. TLC Pals 4 Paws took him into their rescue.
We got in touch with a professional trainer who had only one session with him to get him acclimated to living with cats and being a fabulous, loveable dog. He lives in a foster home with children and cats and they are in love with him. He is up for adoption, fully vetted and heartworm negative.
He likes long walks, his chew toys, is housebroke and accepts most other dogs.
