Recipe for Tropical Avocado Paletas

Serves: 8-10 paletas, depending on their size
1 20 oz. can pineapple in heavy syrup (both the pineapple and the syrup are used in this recipe)
¾ cup orange juice
3 Tablespoons lime juice
¼ cup sugar
2 very ripe avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled, and cut into large dice
1. Put all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth. If it is not sweet enough, add more sugar. If it is too sweet, add some additional lime juice.
2. Pour into popsicle molds (paletas) and freeze.
