Grilled rosemary ginger steak recipe

TAMPA - Recipe for Grilled Rosemary Ginger Steak
Difficulty: Easy
Prep time: 10 minutes (plus several hours marinating time)
Cook time: depends on the doneness desired
Serves: 2 depending on the steak and desired portion size

2-12 oz. boneless ribeye steaks
2 ½ teaspoons very finely grated fresh ginger
2 ½ Tablespoons finely minced onion
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil

1.    In a bowl, combine ginger, onion, rosemary, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and oil.  Place the steaks in the bowl and mix to coat the steaks well with the marinade.  Place in the refrigerator for 3-8 hours.
2.    Grill the steaks over high heat until desired doneness.
