Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5-10 minutes (depending on the heat of the grill and the size of the shrimp
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup maple sugar
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1. Combine all ingredients. Let site for 5 minutes to allow the maple sugar to dissolve. Store covered in the refrigerator until needed.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and coat with olive oil. Place on a hot grill and cook just until medium rare. Brush with glaze and cook for another minute.
3. Serve hot with additional glaze.
