2 very ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and cut into large dice
2 Tablespoons minced celery
1/3 cup minced onion
½ cup sour cream
1-2 jalapeno chilies
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Lime juice to taste
2 Tablespoons minced cilantro
1. Put avocado, celery, onion, sour cream, jalapeno, and garlic in blender. Blend until smooth. Add water as needed if it becomes too thick.
2. Remove contents from blender and mix in remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with chips, raw vegetables, or with Mexican dishes.
