Steak Salad with Bleu Cheese

1 lb. beef flank salt and pepper to taste 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1/4 c. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 small red onion, sliced thin 2 ribs tender celery, chopped 1 c. fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed 1 1/2 c. grape or small cherry tomatoes about 12 cups assorted salad greens crumbled bleu cheese Directions Heat broiler. Season steak with salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches from heat, 6 minutes per side for medium rare. Set aside. Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic in a small bowl or container. Toss vegetables in a large bowl. Thinly slice steak and place on top of greens. Top with bleu cheese and drizzle with dressing.
