Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
4 c. cubed cooked turkey
3 c. cubed cooked ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. light cream
1 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Topping:
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, combine turkey, ham and cheese; set aside. In a sauce pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add flour; stir to form paste. Gradually add crem, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute until thick. Add dill, mustard and nutmeg; mix well. Remove from heat and pour over meat mixture. Spoon into a greased 12x9x2 baking pan.

Toss bread crumbs, butter and dill; stir in cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and heated through.
