The 31-year-old was found inside a Vancouver's Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel on Saturday afternoon after he failed to check out following a week-long stay.

Police have ruled out foul play due to surveillance videos that show Monteith returning to his room alone, early Saturday morning.

The "Glee' star was well-known for playing Finn Hudson on the hit TV show.

His 'Glee' co-star and girlfriend Lea Michele was reportedly deeply saddened upon hearing the news and her reps sent out a statement asking the public for privacy during this devastating time.

Unfortunately, Monteith had issues battling with alcohol and drug abuse in the past.  He quit school at the age of 16.

The actor checked into a rehab facility at 19 and turned his life around.
