Filled sandbags will be available to the elderly and disabled. Materials will be available to those physically able to make their own. Each citizen will sign their name and provide their home address acknowledging the receipt of 25 sandbags or less.
Sandbags are available to the public at the following locations:
--West Service Unit. 9805 Sheldon Drive
--South Service Unit - 8718 Old Big Bend Road in Gibsonton

Pinellas County
- Free sand is available for residents to fill their own sand bags at the City of Clearwater's Public Works Complex - 1650 N. Arcturas Avenue, off Hercules Avenue and Sherwood Street. Residents will need to bring their own bags. Sand will be available while supplies last.
- St. Petersburg - Northeast Park - 875 62nd Avenue NE (located at the Cardinal Drive entrance to Mangrove Bay Golf Course) Monday, June 25 between 3:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Tuesday, June 26 between 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Ten bags per vehicle allowed.
- Gulfport City Hall - 2401 51st St. S.
Polk County
Sand bags available for county residents from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. until the storm water subsides. Residents are limited to 25 bags and will need to bring shovels to fill their sandbags. Fire Rescue staff will assist in loading sandbags if they are available.

Bags may be picked up at the Bartow Fire Station, corner of Church and Broadway Streets in Bartow.
