NEW ORLEANS - Hurricane Isaac’s winds were so strong, we could not establish a regular signal with our satellite equipment in New Orleans.
Thankfully, we were able to do an interview on Skype with ABC Action News Meteorologist Shay Ryan, who is braving the weather to bring you the latest information on the storm.
