Traffic: Weekend closure planned on ramp from EB Memorial to Howard Frankland Bridge

TAMPA - WEEKEND CONSTRUCTION ALERT: The eastbound SR-60/southbound Memorial Hwy ramp to southbound I-275 (onto the Howard Frankland Bridge towards St. Petersburg) will be closed from 7 AM to 5 PM Saturday and Sunday. DETOUR: Continue under I-275, turn right onto Kennedy Boulevard (at the traffic signal by Westshore Plaza) and continue to the end and use the Kennedy Boulevard ramp to southbound I-275.

7:57 -- PALM HARBOR: Crash reported at McMullen Booth Rd & Tampa Rd

7:52 -- PLANT CITY UPDATE: Crash blocking SB SR-39/Redman at SR-60. EMS on scene. Local detour around it. Partial roadblock on 60 but no delays.

7:38 -- PLANT CITY: Report of crash w/roadblock and a malfunctioning traffic signal at SR-60 & SR-39/Redman Pkwy. Captain Al heading there.

7:22 -- SEFFNER: Capt Al is over the downed tree... and it is NOT on US-92. It's on Pine St, south of 92. 92 is fine.

7:18 -- I-75 TAMPA: Accident reported northbound at Exit 265/Fowler Ave. No initial reports of roadblock.

7:10 -- I-75 HILLSBOROUGH UPDATE: Pick-up spun out into median SB approaching SR-674. No roadblock, no delays.

6:50 -- SEFFNER: Tree down on US-92 & Pine Street, between 579 & Parsons Ave.

6:48 -- I-75 HILLSBOROUGH CO: Crash with injuries reported southbound at MM 242, two miles south of Sun City Center/674

6:13 -- I-75 drive time southbound from SR-56 north of the Apex to I-4 = 14 minutes.

6:01 -- US-19 DRIVE TIME between Tampa Rd and Park Blvd/Gandy = 21 minutes

6:00 -- I-4 DRIVE TIME between US-27 and I-75 = 43 minutes.

5:24 -- SUNCOAST PKWY/VETERANS EXWY drive time southbound from SR-54 to I-275 exit ramps = 17 minutes.

5:20 -- Interstates and bridges are accident and delay free!
