MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. - A deadly crash brought traffic on I-75 to a standstill Monday evening.

FHP troopers say a tire blew and a driver lost control of his tow truck.

The truck ran up an embankment and hit the Erie Road overpass.

The driver, Scott Hinchliffe, was killed.

All lanes of I-75, as well as the Erie overpass, were later reopened.
