8:56 -- I-75 TAMPA UPDATE: Still some slow southbound traffic between Bruce B Downs & Fletcher, but it's improving!

8:43 -- BRANDON: Minor crash on Brandon Blvd @ Lakewood.

8:37 -- I-75 HILLSBOROUGH CO: FHP reporting another crash northbound near Big Bend Rd/Exit 246. Also have crash in median just north of there.

8:33 -- VETERANS EXWY UPDATE: Hit and run is southbound, approaching Gunn Hwy. Someone tweeted me a pic of the backup at @TampaBayTraffic.

8:17 -- VETERANS EXPRESSWAY - UPDATE: Drive time southbound between Hutchinson & TIA = 25 minutes. Hit & run @ Gunn Hwy.

8:13 -- LUTZ UPDATE: Capt Al is over the school bus crash. It's moved to Calusa Trace & Dale Mabry. Bus looks OK.

8:04 -- VETERANS EXPRESSWAY: Hit and run with injuries southbound near Gunn Hwy. Roadblock reported.

8:00 -- LUTZ: Crash involving school bus on Dale Mabry & Calusa Trace. Gathering info now.

7:58 -- I-75 HILLSBOROUGH UPDATE: Capt Al on scene of crash northbound, 1/2-mile north of Big Bend Rd. All activity in median. Onlooker delays!

7:51 -- I-275 ST. PETERSBURG: EMS reporting a crash northbound on 275 @ Exit 22, near I-175 downtown.

7:48 -- I-75 HILLSBOROUGH CO: Crash northbound, one mile past Big Bend Rd @ mile marker 247.

7:44 -- TAMPA: FHP checking on a crash at 50th St & Columbus, just south of I-4.

7:23 -- HOWARD FRANKLAND BRIDGE drive time to Tampa of > 10 minutes.

7:11 -- I-75 TAMPA: Southbound traffic getting busy now. Current drive time from the Apex to Fletcher = 15 minutes.

6:51 -- RIVERVIEW: Accident on Bloomingdale near Kings Ave. @HC_Sheriff on scene.

6:41 -- I-75 APEX: Capt Al is checking out 75 from Wesley Chapel through New Tampa. Getting busier, but no traffic jam yet. #MorningRush

6:13 -- US-19 DRIVE TIME southbound between Tampa Rd & Ulmerton Rd = 15 minutes. No delays (yet). #MorningRush

6:03 -- TAMPA - SELMON EXPRESSWAY upper level is open westbound from Brandon into downtown Tampa. Upper deck had been eastbound only since Wednesday afternoon.

5:24 -- I-4 DRIVE TIME westbound between US-98 in Lakeland and I-75 in Tampa = 22 minutes.

5:11 -- SUNCOAST PKWY - VETERANS EXPRESSWAY: Drive time southbound between SR-54 and the I-275 exits near Tampa Intl Airport = 18 minutes.

5:08 -- I-75 PASCO: Hit and run northbound approaching SR-52.

5:07 -- PASCO - SUNCOAST PARKWAY: Accident reported without roadblock southbound near SR-52.

5:06 -- RIVERVIEW: Crash on US-301 @ Bloomingdale, per FHP
