TAMPA - TUESDAY'S TRAFFIC NOTES:

• Stay alert to I-275 traffic shift affecting southbound traffic past the Hillsborough River. The junction has been clogging up throughout the day. Howard/Armenia exit is to the left.
• Daytime lane closures planned on Fletcher Ave. at I-75 until 4PM.
• Kiesha Montoya, 26, of Lakeland arrested Monday and charged with DUI Manslaughter in 9/8/12 crash on I-4 near Branch Forbes Rd. James Dennis Clyatt, 30, of Lakeland, a passenger in a car that Montoya hit, died.
• Florida hosts its first-ever Distracted Driving Summit at the Tampa Convention Center. The summit includes federal, state and local officials, law enforcement, traffic safety experts, physicians and businesses. The goal is to raise awareness of the dangers of distracted driving, compel people to personally change their driving behaviors and make Florida roads safer. The event, hosted by USAA in collaboration with the Florida Dept. of Transportation, Distraction Advocate Network and Shriners Hospitals for Children, includes a keynote address from US Department of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood.

7:10 -- I-75 TAMPA: Drive time from south of Selmon (Crosstown) to I-4 = 15+ minutes. Traffic slow approaching I-4 exit to due crash on I-4.

7:01 -- I-4 TAMPA: The crash is on the ramp from westbound I-4 to US-301 & Hillsborough. Causing a big backup to I-75.

7:00 -- I-75 TAMPA: Delays north- and southbound at the exits to I-4 due to the crash on the I-4 exit to US-301 & Hillsborough.

6:45 -- I-75 TAMPA: Northbound traffic stop-and-go at the exit to I-4 due to crash on westbound I-4 near the FL State Fairgrounds.

6:38 -- I-4 TAMPA ALERT! Crash westbound near Hillsborough Ave in Tampa. Lanes blocked and traffic quickly jamming up past I-75.

6:35 -- I-275 TAMPA UPDATE: Right lane blocked southbound approaching Floribraska. Traffic jammed back to Busch Blvd.

6:32: E TAMPA: Crash at Falkenburg Rd & Woodberry. No roadblock.

6:03 -- I-4: Drive time westbound from McIntosh Rd in Hillsborough Co to I-275 in Tampa = 15 minutes.

6:02 -- COURTNEY CAMPBELL: Drive time eastbound from US-19 in Clearwater to the Veterans Exwy in Tampa = 13 minutes.
