TAMPA - A Hillsborough County Corrections bus with 25 inmates bound for state prison crashed on I-4 near Branch Forbes Rd at approximately 4:40 AM Wednesday. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says the inmates were returned to the Falkenburg Road Jail to be checked out, but that none of the inmates was seriously hurt.

The cause of the accident, which involved two additional vehicles, hasn't been released yet. Foggy conditions were observed along I-4 during the morning commute.
