Traffic notes for Tuesday, June 26: Bridge & road closures

TAMPA BAY - SUNSHINE SKYWAY: Closed in both directions. I-75 through Hillsborough County is the alternate route. 

COURTNEY CAMPBELL CAUSEWAY: Open. Monitoring conditions. One EB lane blocked approaching the Veterans Exwy exit at Rocky Point.

HOWARD FRANKLAND: Open. FHP monitoring conditions.

SUNCOAST PKWY: Closed in both directions between Cortez and US-98 in Hernando County due to standing water.  Per FDOT, road not expected to reopen Tuesday.  When roadway is drained, SB lanes will open first. Use US-41 or Mariner as an alternate.

TAMPA: Bayshore Blvd between Rome Ave. and Swann Ave. under water.  Bayshore access to Davis Island Bridge BLOCKED.  Use Hyde Park to access Davis Island.

N TAMPA: Per Action Air 1, 3 lanes open WB Fowler Ave near 15th, 2 EB lanes open.

PASCO COUNTY CLOSURES:

• SR-54, Mitchell Ranch Rd to Madison St
• Old CR-54, Little Rd to CR-54
• SR-54, Thys Rd to Old CR-54
• Trouble Creek Rd, Cecelia to Old Mill Pond
• Bellamy Brothers Rd, Johnston Road to Bayhead Rd
• Saint Joe Rd, Curley Rd to Old Saint Joe Rd
• Hudson - Majestic Blvd closed from Cobblestone Dr to Darwood Dr due to sink hole.

• Waterson St., SR-52 to Heibert St.

SPRING HILL: Mariner Blvd closed between Claymore St. and Marysville St. due to sinkhole.

BROOKSVILLE: Flooding may still be a problem at Ayers/US-41; US-41/Snow Memorial; Powell Rd/Delaney

CLEARWATER: Per police department, Bayside Park across Gulf Blvd from Sand Key park CLOSED. Courtney Campbell Park CLOSED.

SHORE ACRES: Many local roads still under water per Action Air 1.

POLK CITY: Rockridge Rd closed, SR-33 to Deen Still Rd. Use SR-33, Commonwealth Ave.

6:44 -- I-75 TAMPA: Starting to bog down NB between Selmon Exwy & I-4 and SB between Apex and Fletcher Ave.

6:37 -- SPRING HILL: Crash on Mariner Blvd @ Hearth Rd

6:24 -- ST. PETERSBURG: Per @TheJasonT traffic signal out at 38th Ave and 49th St. Police on scene directing traffic.

6:09 -- SEFFNER: Fender bender Parsons @ MLK per HCSO

6:08 -- I-4 TAMPA: Crash reported EB near Orient Rd. Don't see any delays there. WB traffic getting busier near the fairgrounds.

5:59 -- TAMPA: Construction barrels in roadway, EB Selmon Exwy near Exit 7

5:51 -- COURTNEY CAMPBELL CAUSEWAY: John Thomas live at CCC. The service roads there are under water but travel lanes open. High tide around 8am.

5:42 -- PASCO: Our @AshleyGTV is reporting this AM from the flooded neighborhood of Trinity Oaks, south of Mitchell Blvd. in Trinity.

5:25 -- I-4 TAMPA: "Obstruction" reported WB near MLK. I don't see any issues via my traffic cams there yet.

5:12 -- BARTOW: Crash w/roadblock reported on US-98 & Old Bartow Eagle Lake Rd

4:59 -- I-275 TAMPA UPDATE: Crash is actually SB 275 @ MLK. No delays.

4:57 -- LAKELAND: Crash at Lewis Rd & Campbell Rd

4:56 -- I-275 TAMPA: Accident reported NB near MLK. Rain falling along 275 corridor north of downtown. Be careful.

4:50 -- COURTNEY CAMPBELL: Lane closures while crews clean up debris. The bridge is open.

4:38 -- MADEIRA BEACH: Gulf Boulevard between 150th to 135th Avenue has been reopened.

4:28 -- I-4 POLK CO: Crash WB near MM 29. Car slid off roadway. FHP on scene. No delays.
