TAMPA - Southbound I-275 is backed up due to a tractor-trailer truck that broke down at the Ashley St. exit in downtown Tampa.
The entrance ramp from Ashley Street to 275 is completely blocked off.
The exit ramp to Ashley has passable traffic.
