The Florida Department of Transportation's community safety team has just released "Recipes for the Road 2013."
It's a collection of non-alcoholic drink recipes from restaurants in: Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
The main goal is to reduce crashes and fatalities on the roads during the holidays.
