TAMPA - Bucs Cornerback Eric Wright spent today's practice on the bike, and may be spending the next four games on suspension for the use of Adderall.
Head Coach Greg Schiano said today that Wright has an Achilles injury but would no comment any further on Wright's impending suspension for testing positive for the use of Adderall.
Wright's situation comes three weeks into the suspension of CB Aqib Talib for use of the same banned substance.
My guess is Wright will try and prolong the suspension at least through this week so the Buccaneers won't be short two starting corners for their trip to Oakland.
I asked Schiano what his personal feelings were about the Wright situation and did he feel this was the last shoe to drop involving the banned substance's use on the team.
Schiano said he would rather not discuss his personal feelings at this time.
