MLB.tv's auto-renewal policy shocks users who originally signed up for month-to-month subscriptions

This week, many baseball fans who subscribed to MLB.tv last season found that they were charged with a $125, non-refundable auto-renewal.
Although the terms of this agreement were stated in the terms of service, many users were surprised since they had originally signed up for a $25 month-to-month service.
