The  Green Bay Packers  defense collected four interceptions and seven sacks from  Jay Cutler  and the  Chicago Bears  during a 23-10 romp on Thursday night, and Packers safety  Charles Woodson couldn't resist taking one extra shot after the game . In a post game interview with ESPN reporter Rachel Nichols, Woodson had this to say about Bears QB Jay Cutler:

"It's the same old Jay. We just need to be in position. Jay will throw us the ball."

There is plenty of truth in Woodson's statement, but it's important to remember that Bears defenders used to say the exact same thing after playing future Hall of Fame quarterback and Green Bay great,  Brett Favre . Cutler's elite arm strength can get him into trouble at times, but he still has all the physical tools to dominate the game from the quarterback position.

Even so, Woodson can be forgiven for his slight on Jay, because he has not seen the of best Cutler over the course of his career.  As noted by ESPN Stats , Cutler is just 1-7 against the Packers, with eight touchdown passes, 16 interceptions and 28 sacks.

The Bears and Packers will meet again during the regular season in Week 15 at Soldier Field.
