CLEVELAND - A nurse charged with sexually assaulting a woman in labor at Fairview Hospital appeared in court Wednesday morning.
James Lewis pleaded not guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition.
Police said Lewis is accused of touching the woman’s breast and private parts while she gave birth. They said the woman then alerted others attending to her, who had Lewis taken away from the room.
His first pretrial is set for April 18 at 9 a.m.
