ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - She's best known for her lawsuit against Casey Anthony, but the woman referred to in the media as "Zanny the Nanny" spent the night in jail.
According to Orange County officials, the Florida Department of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco arrested Zenaida Gonzalez, 41, on a charge of allegedly serving alcohol to someone under age 21.
Gonzalez was reportedly taken into custody Friday at 9:19 p.m.
She shares the same name as the fictional nanny Anthony initially said kidnapped her daughter Caylee in 2008. Caylee was later found dead.
During Anthony's first degree murder trial, her attorneys admitted the stories about "Zanny the Nanny" were made up. Anthony was acquitted in her daughter's death.
Gonzalez said her public torment continued after the trial. She said after Anthony made the claims using her name, she lost her job and even had members of her own family asking her if she was involved in Caylee Anthony's death.
