LEE COUNTY, Fla. - A Florida woman who claims she was groped by a TSA agent at the airport is facing battery charges for groping another employee, according to a WSVN report. (http://bit.ly/N1WagC)

Carol Jean Price, 59, says an agent grabbed her crotch and breasts while she was at the Southwest Florida International Airport on her way to Cleveland, Ohio.

Surveillance video shows Price placing her carry-on bags down when she grabbed a TSA supervisor without permission.

According to Price’s attorney, Price was reenacting the aggressive pat-down she went through as she was making her complaint.

Price is a former TSA employee and her attorney says she was unfairly targeted by her former co-workers.

She was also emotionally fragile because she was heading to her brother’s funeral.

But instead of being vindicated, her lawyer says Price was removed from her flight and taken to jail.
