PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - The Florida girl who purchased her first house at 14 has sealed the deal on her second property at 15, ABC News reports.
In March, Willow Tufano purchased her first home with the help of her mother after learning the ins and outs of real estate.
As a young girl, Willow would accompany her mother, Shannon, when she worked on foreclosed homes.
Willow started to earn her own money by taking left behind items in the foreclosed homes on Craigslist. After saving thousands, she and her mother bought a home, once worth $100,000, for $12,000 earlier this year. She’s currently renting out that home to a family.
About seven months later, she has purchased a second property in Port Charlotte, Fla. to add in her investment portfolio, a two bedroom, one bath house for $17,500.
The media has certainly taken notice of the savvy teen. She’s made multiple appearances on tv programs like Ellen, and now, a reality TV series may be in the works.
