Surveillance camera captures shackled Casey Anthony falling at Orlando courthouse

ORLANDO - Casey Anthony was being escorted to a court hearing Tuesday when a video camera captured her taking a spill after she became tangled up in her shackles. She suffered minor injuries and missed the hearing.

The camera was inside an elevator.

The hearing went on without her. Judge Belvin Perry ruled that Casey will still face the death penalty at her trial next year.

Casey is accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony, in 2008.

She claims she's innocent and that a babysitter took the child.
